#futuresEAST

#futuresEAST is a community collective creating an inclusive economy for the E205 corridor in Oregon by uniting diverse innovators, spaces, and organizations to transform ideas into resourced solutions.

We are Oregon's most future & global ready investment opportunity for a localized and globalized future — a corridor already fluent in the cultures, languages, and networks of a futures economy, building community wealth, honoring ancestral wisdom, and creating the conditions for the both people & place to remain, thrive, innovate and pass it forward.

#futuresEAST is not an organization. We are not a hierarchy. This is not a membership. This is belonging.

We are building a living strategy by and for our community utilizing collective conversations and circles— the oldest economic technology there is — to move & attract capital and resources into the dreams of our community.

BACKSTORY

Long before Portland's urban grid was drawn, the land now known as the E205 Corridor served as a crossroads — trade routes of many nations converging in a place of exchange, collective wisdom, and mutual provision.

That ancestral intelligence has never left. It lives in the multilingual storefronts, the family-owned restaurants, the community-rooted nonprofits, and the youth-dense neighborhoods that make this corridor one of the most globally significant economic geographies in the Pacific Northwest.

#futuresEAST is for the futures makers across East Portland, Gresham, and the greater East 205.
